I recycle as many boxes and packaging materials as possible. It is therefore possible that your Woldier arrives in a box from a different store. Of course I always make sure that the Woldieren are protected and well packed.
The supplied cards are compostable and printed on ecological fiber paper. This paper is made entirely from agricultural waste and has not been bleached (wood-free ECF, ISO 14001 (Reinforcement & Environmental Conservation Control)).
De stickers worden geprint op stickermateriaal van biologisch kraft papier van Paperwise, deze zijn (deels) gemaakt van landbouwafval. Bovendien is de lijm volledig composteerbaar. Dozen worden dichtgemaakt met EcoMask milieuvriendelijke tape, welke gemaakt is van cellulose. De tape is vrij van organische oplosmiddelen en tevens 100% recyclebaar en FSC gecertificeerd.

Het kan uiteraard voorkomen dat de aankoop niet aan jouw verwachting voldoet. Je kunt dan aanspraak maken op het herroepingsrecht welke hieronder uitvoerig staat beschreven.
Important: it is not possible to return a Woldier after receipt if it has been made especially for you. Of course, a Woldier made for you will only be sent after showing many photos and after your approval.
- The right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons. - The withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of it. - Notice of withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me, Renske Visser-van Wel, of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form or make a statement in which you clearly express your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The model withdrawal form will be emailed to you. - Compliance with the withdrawal period
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. - Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of a method of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in writing. in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. - Right of retention

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have decided to revoke the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. - Cost of returning
De verzendkosten van het terugzenden van uw aankoop komt voor uw eigen rekening. - Depreciation Compensation
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
